Sign-in

Sign-in to the admin console

1. Go to www.app.getryt.in

2. The sign-in screen as shown below will be displayed.

3. Enter the registered email ID and password.

4. Click on the sign-in button.

5. After successfully validating the credentials, you will be signed into the admin console with the dashboard as the landing screen.

6. You can also sign-in with Google or Microsoft accounts by clicking the respective buttons.

Forgot Password

If the user forgets the password, it can be reset by following the steps given below.

1. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen.

2. A forgot password screen as shown below will be displayed.

3. Enter the registered email address and click Submit.

4. A verification OTP would be sent to the user’s registered email address.

5. Enter the verification code and click the Validate OTP button as shown in the screen below.

6. A "Create Password" screen as shown below will be displayed.

7. Enter the new password, re-enter it in the confirm password field, and click the Submit button.

8. The new password would be updated, and the user could sign in with the new password.

Change Password

The user can change the current password by following the steps given below.

1. Click the change password menu in the dropdown below the user profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. 

2. A change password pop-up window, as shown below, will be displayed.

3. Enter the new password and re-enter it in the verify password field, and click on the Save button.

4. Once the new password is submitted, it will be redirected to the login screen, where the user can login with the changed password.
