Activity logs

Various logs are created based on the activities performed in the admin console such as Enrollment logs, Activity logs, QR logs. These logs can be viewed on the screen or downloaded as an excel file using this module.

Enrollment logs

The details of all the device enrollments and unenrollment's can be viewed on the screen or downloaded as an excel file using the enrollment log screen.

1. Click on the Activity icon on the left menu.

2. Select Enrollment logs tab on the screen.

3. The Enrollment log screen will be displayed as shown below with fields like Model, Serial number, Device user, Timestamp, Enrollment status, Enrollment type, Brand and  Ownership.

4. Click on the Download icon on the top left corner of the data table. The Enrollment log details will be exported as an excel file.

Activity logs

The details of the activities performed in the admin console can be viewed on the screen or downloaded as an excel file using the console log screen.

1. Click on the Activity icon on the left menu.

2. Select Activity logs tab on the screen. 

3. The Activity logs screen will be displayed as shown below with fields like Timestamp, User name, Email, Action, Action on, Action status, Resource name and Reason.

4. Click on the Download icon on the top left corner of the data table. The Activity log details will be exported as an excel file.

QR logs

The details of the QR generated in the admin console can be viewed on the screen or downloaded as an excel file using the console log screen.

1. Click on the Activity icon on the left menu.

2. Select QR logs tab on the screen. 

3. The QR logs screen will be displayed as shown below with fields like QR state, QR type, Enrollment token, QR code, QR current status, QR generated for, etc.

4. Click on the Download icon on the top left corner of the data table. The QR log details will be exported as an excel file.
