My settings is present at the top right corner of the portal under the Avatar as shown in the screen below.
Using My settings, the Super Admin/Admin will be able to Edit Theme and Logo based on their company preferences, edit their personal details, enable Two factor authentication, manage roles, generate API keys.
Super admin alone can add roles likes Admin and Auditors using the My settings.
Theme
The Super Admin/Admin will be able to change the color theme of the console based on the company preference.
Choose the color theme of choice from the options given as shown below. The selected color theme will be applied for the admin console.
Branding
The Super Admin/Admin will be able to change the logo of the console based on the company preference.
Click the '+' link as shown below and upload the company’s icon and logo with a maximum of 2MB , either in PNG or JPG file and click Save button. The selected logos will be applied for the console.
Two factor authentication
The Super Admin/Admin will be able to enable the two factor authentication to increase the security of the account for specific or all roles.
Once enabled, in addition to password the user will need to enter the verification code received in their email to login into the console.
Add role
1. Super Admin can add Admin and Auditors roles within the limit of Admins in the Subscription plan.
2. Click on Add role link and enter the details in the pop screen as shown below to invite the Admin/Auditor.
3. An invitation mail will be sent to the mail ids of the Admin/Auditor and they can login into the admin console and perform their role.
API keys
The Super Admin will be able to generate, update and delete API keys. These API keys are used for authentication to access the Getryt APIs.
